Luftbild Eckernförde - Der Marinestützpunkt ist Heimat des 1. Ubootgeschwaders | Der Marinestützpunkt ist Heimat des 1. Ubootgeschwaders (1. UG), des Ausbildungszentrums Uboote (AZU), des Seebataillons (SeeBtl), des Kommandos Spezialkräfte der Marine (KSM) sowie des Marinestützpunktkommandos Eckernförde. Zudem beherbergt er das Zentrum Einsatzprüfung, das Hydroakustische Analysezentrum der Marine, das Maritimes Unterstützungszentrum und die Wehrtechnische Dienststelle für Schiffe und Marinewaffen, Maritime Technologie und Forschung (WTD 71). Die Flotte umfasst die U-Boote der Klasse 212 A, Flottendienstboote der Oste-Klasse und den Tender Main der Elbe-Klasse.
